Lara Trump has detailed her gym routine, showing off her impressive muscles during a recent podcast appearance.
On July 21, the Fox News host appeared on The Riley Gaines Show for an episode titled Lara Trump on Faith, Family, Fitness, and Raising Kids Without Screens.
During her appearance on the show, Lara went into detail about her fitness regimen and how she keeps in shape while juggling a busy career. A video was also shown to viewers of the MAGA WAG's impressive muscles at the gym. This comes as Lara admitted to editing a World Cup family photo with AI.

As Riley and Lara discussed fitness, Donald Trump's daughter-in-law said, "I try to get weight lifting in. I love CrossFit. I'm also into Pilates whenever my schedule allows, but I just try and do a little bit of everything."
"I think that keeping your body guessing is always the key so once your body gets used to some workout," the Fox News anchor continued, before telling Riley, who was a collegiate swimmer, "I mean, I know I don't have to tell you, you're the athlete here between the two of us truly but once your body gets used to something, it stops responding."
Giving an example of what she means, Lara added, "So people might go to the gym, and they get on the elliptical, and for the first two months, they're like, 'Oh my gosh, yeah, I'm seeing changes.'
"They might lose some weight, they might gain some muscle here and there, but ultimately your body's going to get used to that, so you've got to switch it up."
Lara also praised the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement, noting that she has always prioritized her health, even if that means only setting aside 30 minutes to train. This comes as Lara has been accused of using AI after she shared a recent photograph of herself promoting gymwear.
In June, she shared a snap to Instagram to promote her clothing line, Lara Trump Collection, which showed her toned abs and biceps. However, some people believed the photo was AI-generated, with one person writing, "Is your body real or AI-generated?"
Others, on the other hand, praised her physique, as they penned, "I love everything about it !!! The hat, the shirt, the abs, the arms." Meanwhile, a second fan penned, "Are those guns legal in America?" A third gushed, "Yes, girl!! You are a rock star!!!" with a fourth concluding, "Wonder Woman for REAL!!!! Wow."
