Once upon a time, wearing navy blue and black together was a recipe for ridicule. But the age-old style rule, which claimed that the two colors were too similar to pair, has long since been disregarded—and Kendall Jenner is here to prove why.
As she stepped out in Los Angeles earlier this week, the model wore an athleisure look based around a navy-blue tracksuit jacket and black leggings, both from an unreleased Adidas collection. The top was a fitted zip-up, with the brand’s signature three-stripe design contouring the arms from the shoulders down to the cuffs. The accent, printed in white, matched a little logo on the front.
Jenner layered mid-calf cream socks over her leggings before slipping into a pair of inky sneakers with a thick sole and reflective silver stripes, creating a black-and-white sandwich. She slicked her hair back into a low bun, added a pair of sunglasses, and popped her wired headphones into her ears before going on her way.
To stick to her color palette, the 818 Tequila founder carried a soft, slouchy black leather bag on her shoulder, too.
Earlier this year, Jenner teamed up with Adidas Originals for the Spring/Summer 2026 Superstar campaign, joining musicians Jennie, Baby Keem, and Olivia Dean, and athletes Lamine Yamal, James Harden, and Tyshawn Jones in promoting the footwear. The nostalgic, stop motion-style video saw the model jump out of bed and into her sneakers in a white tube top and red bloomer athletic shorts, before floating into a matching red jacket as she walked down the runway.
