Katie Holmes and New York artist Jason Bard Yarmosky stepped out for a date night at New York City’s Soho Sessions concert series.
The couple were seen holding hands, kissing and embracing as they watched Sienna Spiro’s performance at the concert series. Holmes, 47, wore a pink corset-style shirt paired with black leather pants, while Yarmosky went casual in a T-shirt, jeans and a tote bag.
The two were photographed leaving the function hand in hand and stepping into a car following the event.
Summer House star Ciara Miller attended the concert as well, and was seated in front of the couple. New Amsterdam alum Ryan Eggold was also seen in the audience.
At the concert on Tuesday, July 21, “Die on This Hill” singer Spiro, 20, performed. The private show raised money for North Shore Animal League America. Spiro, making a name for herself with her ‘60s-inspired aesthetic and soulful voice, recently soared to new heights when her song “Material Lover” was featured on The Devil Wears Prada 2 soundtrack.
The Soho Sessions are an exclusive, N.Y.C. concert series produced by Greg Williamson and Nicole Rechter and have become a coveted experience in N.Y.C. nightlife over the past two years, thanks to shows by Paul Simon, Kate Hudson, Maren Morris, Keith Richards, Norah Jones and more. So far, Williamson and Rechter — who also co-founded the Love Rocks NYC benefit concert — have raised more than $75 million for various charities.
Holmes was recently photographed holding hands with Yarmosky as the two attended a screening of The Invite hosted by The Cinema Society at the East Hampton Regal UA on July 10, PEOPLE previously reported. According to an onlooker, the pair sweetly walked into the event hand-in-hand.

“He was whispering in her ear, and she was laughing, they seemed very easy together and there was a smile on her face all night,” the onlooker adds. “They sat together during the movie, she had her head on his shoulder at one point. They looked very cute.”
“Katie and Jason looked so happy after dinner walking together, hugging, smiling at each other, and patting each other on the back,” a source told PEOPLE exclusively on July 14, when the couple were seen grabbing dinner in Manhattan. “Jason even gently opened the car door for her to get in. They looked so happy and in love.”
