The University of Houston picked up its first basketball commitment for 2027 on Wednesday from Oneal Delancy, a top-50 shooting guard from Florida.
Delancy, a four-star guard from Monte Verde Academy, picked the Cougars over Florida, Florida State, Ohio State and Maryland.
He is the No. 44 overall prospect in the class of 2027 and No. 9 shooting guard, according to Rivals.
