Ronaldo and Rodriguez spent most of June in the US, with the Portugal team staying in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The team was eliminated on July 6th, after losing to Spain in a heartbreaking 1 - 0 match. It marked the end of an era for Portugal, with Ronaldo retiring following many years and tournaments where he played a key role in the team.

The couple seems to be doing well, though. In a new video shared by Rodriguez, she showed herself and Ronaldo swimming in a relaxing and stunning-looking pool, with both showcasing their toned bodies.

In the footage, Ronaldo is featured in the forefront of the clip, wearing some goggles to wear under the water and what appear to be some white briefs. Rodriguez is seen swimming behind him, wearing a black bikini set. The video is set to Bad Bunny's "La Mudanza" and really makes you want to be on vacation.

Rodriguez captioned the post with a mermaid and a merman emoji.

Ronaldo's last World Cup

Ronaldo captained Portugal over the past years, leading them to a Euro Cup win. Still, like most players, Ronaldo dreamt of winning the World Cup, a desire that had been driving him during the past couple of years.

"I'm sad to leave the World Cup this way," he said in a press conference following his game with Spain. "As I said yesterday, I gave it my all, and I leave with a clear conscience. That's the life of a footballer. You have to move forward."

He was emotional and held back from sharing further comments or lashing out at journalists. "It was my last World Cup, yes. But as for the rest, there's time to think, to be with my family, and not say things in the heat of the moment," he concluded.

As of now, Ronaldo is still one of the world's leading players, playing in Saudi Arabia for the team Al-Nassr, with whom he's won numerous titles, including the Arab Club Championship in 2023 and the Saudi Pro League in 2026.
