We like to keep up on former Minnesota Vikings here on Vikings Wire. We touch base on Kirk Cousins an awful lot, something we are sure everyone unanimously loves, but we also keep up on some other notable Vikings.
The one we wanted to touch base on today was former wide receiver Stefon Diggs, who has remained unsigned this offseason despite coming off a very productive year with the New England Patriots.
Bleacher Report's Moe Moton wrote recently about a handful of offseason moves that need to happen before the kickoff to 2026, and Diggs was included within them. He wrote that the former Viking should be signed by the Baltimore Ravens.
He writes, "Coming off a 1,000-plus-yard season, Diggs believes he's the best No. 2 receiver in the league. He can complement two-time Pro Bowler Zay Flowers in Baltimore's offense under first-time play-caller Declan Doyle. With tight end Mark Andrews entering his age-31 campaign, the Ravens need another reliable possession pass-catcher to move the chains. Diggs can fill that role. He's averaged fewer than 12 yards per reception in three consecutive terms but finished with an 83.3 percent catch rate last season."
Diggs, working in Baltimore with the Ravens and quarterback Lamar Jackson, could be an interesting pairing. He would give them a dynamic piece in an offense that is looking to reinvent itself with a new coaching staff. Will it happen? Time will tell.
