Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever are sitting at No. 1 in the Eastern Conference standings at 16-10 with one game left before the All-Star break. Clark has played a large part in their success, with the 24-year-old ranking sixth in the WNBA in scoring (20.7 points per game) and second only to Phoenix Mercury forward Alyssa Thomas in assists (7.8).

Teammates center Aliyah Boston (17.1 points, 8.6 rebounds and 1.2 blocks) and Kelsey Mitchell (23.3 points, 2.8 assists) join Clark to form a "Big Three" in Indiana. The three will represent the Fever as starters in the WNBA's 30th anniversary All-Star Game on Saturday in Chicago. Clark is the reigning WNBA Player of the Month for June, and the Dowling Catholic High School graduate is still racking up more league regular-season honors.

On Tuesday, the league announced the Player of the Week award for Week 9. Minnesota Lynx guard Kayla McBride won the award for the Western Conference, and Clark won the award for the Eastern Conference. This is the second Player of the Week award for the three-time All-Star this season (Week 5, June 8-15).

In three games, Clark averaged 25.0 points per game while shooting 43.5% from the field, along with 7.7 assists and 2.3 rebounds. The Fever went to social media to celebrate the former Iowa Hawkeyes superstar's accomplishments throughout the week, with the highlight being the 6-foot guards' 45 point, 10-assist performance in a 110-107 win over the Seattle Storm on Friday.

The 2024 WNBA Rookie of the Year set career, franchise, and league records in the game. In only 29 minutes played, Clark set career and franchise highs in points scored, became the first player in WNBA or NBA history to record a 45-point, 10-assist game in fewer than 30 minutes played, and accounted for the most points in a single game in league history (65).

"Caitlin Clark has been named @WNBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week," the Indiana Fever wrote on X. "Her second this season ✨ 📕 first 40-point, 10-assist game in WNBA history 📕 franchise-record 45 points in a single game 📕 fastest player in WNBA history to record 200 career 3-pointers (74 games) 📕 fifth in franchise history in 3-pointers made (206)."

Indiana will host the Connecticut Sun on Wednesday at Gainbridge Fieldhouse at 8 p.m. ET, with coverage on USA Network.
