Michigan Cream & Sugar Ice Cream Company is bringing back one of its most anticipated traditions for the third consecutive year on Friday, July 31. Guests are invited to bring a clean, empty 30- to 40-ounce Stanley tumbler or similar wide-mouth water bottle to the Uptown Bay City or Old Town Saginaw location, where staff will fill it with up to four scoops of the company's small-batch, made-from-scratch ice cream for $10.
The Michigan Cream & Sugar team will be “Stuffing Your Stanley” during regular business hours at both locations while supplies last on this once-a-year occasion. Since its debut in 2024, Stuff Your Stanley has become one of the company's busiest promotional events, drawing ice cream lovers from across the Great Lakes Bay Region and beyond.
"This event has become one of our favorite traditions," Tim Mangan, general manager of Michigan Cream & Sugar, said. "Our community has embraced it since we first introduced it in 2024, and we're excited to welcome everyone back to celebrate another year with us."

Michigan Cream & Sugar’s Uptown Bay City location is at 160 Uptown Drive in Bay City, and its Old Town Saginaw location is at 122 S. Hamilton St. in Saginaw Both shops are open seven days a week through Labor Day. Bay City summer hours are noon to 10 p.m. daily. Saginaw summer hours are Sunday-Thursday noon to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday noon to 10 p.m.
