Nick Uhlenhuth‘s participation in Married at First Sight has already gotten a fair amount of attention because of his history with reality shows. The Circle and Perfect Match alum married Courteney Landis during Season 20, marking his fourth reality TV appearance.
After both said “I do” in Episode 2, Courteney learned more about her new husband’s reality TV history at their wedding reception. Though Nick and Courteney were attracted to each other and hit it off, he said she was curious about his intentions. “I can’t help but think, what is the endgame?” she said in a confessional.

Are Married at First Sight’s Nick and Courteney still together?
As per usual, we can only go off of social media and hints dropped by the cast members. Nick and Courteney are currently following each other on Instagram. That could mean one of two things: They parted on terms decent enough to still follow each other, or they’re still together.
Plus, they’ve both posted about the show since it premiered earlier in July. Most recently, Nick shared some unaired moments from his and Courtney’s wedding. The show cut them receiving gifts from each other before the ceremony. In the video, Nick said he kept the note that Courteney wrote him before they met at the altar.
Courteney also recounted her wedding day — which was filmed in September 2025, according to @MAFSfan on Instagram — via Instagram. “What an unforgettable, magical, experience & day,” she wrote in the caption. There is online speculation that Nick and Courteney are no longer together, but we won’t know for certain until the rest of the season airs.
What’s happened between Nick and Courteney in Season 20?
We got to know a bit about 28-year-old Courteney and 31-year-old Nick during their introductions in Episode 2, as they discussed their backgrounds and what they were looking for in a partner with the matchmaking experts. The experts determined that the two of them aligned in their values and ideal partner traits.
They both said they were, for the most part, more conservative politically, though it could vary on certain issues. Courteney is a bodybuilder and wanted someone athletic, and Nick played lacrosse in high school and college. There were more things they had in common, but long story short, the experts also said Courteney’s “unfiltered-ness” would help Nick’s “filtered-ness.”
Nick and Courteney were attracted to each other when they first saw each other, and their first post-wedding conversation went off without a hitch. “She’s beautiful. She’s super funny. I feel like she handled [the wedding] really well,” Nick said in a confessional.
As we previously mentioned, Courteney did bring up some concerns about Nick’s reality TV past, which she asked his friends about. She seemed to get reassurance of Nick’s intentions from them, but we’ll have to wait and see if it becomes an issue — or if other issues arise — down the line.
