Jason Segel is shrinking his real estate portfolio.
In Touch can confirm that the Shrinking star, 46, has sold his five-bedroom, five-bathroom Pasadena, California, home in an off-market deal for nearly $6.9 million.
Segel purchased the 5,091-square-foot, single-family home — which was built in 1919 — in May 2019 for $4.255 million.
At the time Segel made the purchase, Architectural Digest reported that the house had retained much of its original character, but with major updates, including a room that was being used as a home gym and an updated chef’s kitchen.
The formal living room boasts a wood-burning fireplace, and the kitchen features an island and a breakfast nook. Some of the bedrooms on the upstairs level feature slightly slanted ceilings, and some of the bathrooms include deep-soaking tubs as well as glass-enclosed steam showers.
Outside is a pool and a raised spa as well as a detached two-car garage.
Segel also owns a three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Ojai, California, that he purchased in January 2014 for $3.5 million.
In his personal life, Segel is preparing to tie the knot with his fiancée, Kayla Radomski.
When it comes to wedding planning, the How I Met Your Mother alum told People last month that “it’s all going great.”
“I’m with the best person in the world,” he added of the dancer.
In June 2025, Radomski announced their engagement, captioning a carousel of Instagram photos from their special moment: “FOREVER YES 💍♥️.”
