Even though the Seattle Seahawks' roster is mostly set, three rotation pieces might have a better shot at making the 53-man roster than some realize.

The Seattle Seahawks have one of the most stacked defenses and well-rounded rosters in all of pro football. As such, disrupting the team's chemistry or altering the pecking order is a tall task, even for the best players in the game.

Standing out from the rest of the pack and making this team's roster might be twice as hard. That means they won't look only for talent or skill but also for the right fit and guys who can bring something different to the table.

That's why even some who may not be the most popular guys in the league or have the strongest pedigree might end up staying put. With that in mind, we'll talk about three sleepers with a legitimate shot at making the roster after training camp.

Mike Morris

Mike Morris has been a rumored trade candidate for most of the offseason. However, the mere fact that the team hasn't seriously engaged in talks to send him anywhere just means that they still think he can be of help.

Morris might not take the field often on defense. The Seahawks have the deepest pass-rushing unit in the league, and there are only so many reps for everyone. That said, he provides excellent special teams value.

Morris is already familiar with Aden Durde and Mike Macdonald, and with a base salary of just $1.145 million, it's not like the Seahawks should be under much financial pressure to part ways with him just for the sake of it.

Eric Saubert

The Seahawks' tight end room isn't that deep, at least in terms of playmakers. They have high hopes for AJ Barner, and Elijah Arroyo will most likely get the bulk of the reps behind him as a high-upside YAC guy.

That Leaves Eric Saubert, Harrison Bryant, and Nick Kallerup fighting for one or two roster spots. Notably, Saubert might hold an edge over his opposition because of his prowess as a run-blocking specialist.

He already worked with new offensive coordinator Brian Fleury when they were both with the San Francisco 49ers, which is another reason to believe he has better odds of making the roster than the rest.

Emanuel Wilson

Emanuel Wilson's offseason took a big turn. First, he joined the Seahawks as a strong candidate to have a big workload as one of Kenneth Walker III's potential replacements, especially with Zach Charbonnet also out.

Then, with Jadarian Price entering the picture, he lost plenty of ground in the pecking order, with some speculating he could be the odd man out. However, given his experience as an explosive backup, he might still be of use in Seattle.

While George Holani will most likely be the first guy off the bench, Wilson should still be ahead of the likes of Kenny McIntosh and Jacardia Wright in Seattle. Whether that will translate to significant playing time, however, remains to be seen.
