If you haven’t seen it yet, Ree Drummond just relaunched a simply gorgeous home collection at Walmart. The Pioneer Woman has new items for every room in the house, including a dreamy bedroom collection with quilts, throw pillows, and furniture pieces.
Recently, Ree gave some insight into the collection's design on a livestream (which you can still watch if you missed it). She described a number of the products in detail and gave some personal thoughts on several of them, including admitting which of the new items are her favorites. At the top of the list? The Pioneer Woman Agatha Floral Gauze Quilt!
“I am in love with it, and I think you’ll love it, too,” she told the audience. “This exceeded my expectations,” Ree said when it first arrived. “I knew it would be beautiful, but the weight is incredible. If you don’t like really thick quilts, it’s really fantastic.” The gauze is lightweight, so if you run hot or love to layer, this is a great option.
Ree said that she and Ladd are “quilt layer-ers” with as many as three blankets on the bed at once. The gauze construction makes it breathable, but the jacquard-woven floral design also makes it feel substantial enough. It gives it real texture and depth; it’s not just a print.
The Agatha quilt coordinates with several other items in the collection, so if you prefer to layer like Ree or want to have more weight during the winter months, you have several automatic options. You can mix and match with solids or the same pattern in different colors! Oh, and the Agatha is reversible, giving you styling options, too.
