A 1965 Chevrolet Corvette with a long and documented competition career is set to cross the auction block at the Harrisburg 2026 sale. Offered as Lot S229, the purpose-built race car is scheduled to sell on Saturday, July 25th.

What sets this Corvette apart is its extensive racing history. The car competed in SCCA A&B Production as well as Trans Am from 1966 to 1983, a stretch of nearly two decades that speaks to both its durability and its place in amateur and professional road racing during that era. Finished in blue with a gray interior and wearing its No. 8 race livery, the Corvette presents as a genuine vintage racer ready for its next chapter. An SCCA log book is included with the sale, documenting the car's competition background for the next owner.
