Unsealed court docs reveal disturbing new allegations against Tate brothers

Andrew and Tristan Tate are accused of choking women, sometimes until they passed out, before raping them, according to court documents unsealed Monday, as the U.K. seeks their extradition.

The Tate brothers made a court appearance Monday after they were arrested over the weekend in Miami following U.K. authorities announcing new charges against them in relation to four additional victims.

Andrew Tate is accused of placing a woman working in the “webcam business” in chokeholds until she passed out and raping her at her home in Bedford, England, in 2015, the newdocuments show. 

Another woman, who said she had had consensual *** with Andrew Tate in 2014, detailed a separate encounter at her Manchester, England, home during which he allegedly restrained her to the point that she couldn’t breathe and was “afraid he would not stop and was going to kill her,” the documents reveal.

Separately, Tristan Tate is accused of regularly beating and raping a woman he was in a relationship with between 2012 and 2013, per the unsealed complaint. The woman said he gave her a black eye and repeatedly hit her with a belt.

The lawyer representing the two brothers has dismissed the allegations against them as politically motivated.
