The unofficial kick off to the 2026 football season will take place July 20-23 with SEC media days at JW Marriott and Tampa Marriott Water Street in Tampa, Florida.
Student-athletes were announced who will represent Tennessee at SEC media days.
Running back DeSean Bishop, linebacker Arion Carter and linebacker Jeremiah Telander will represent the Vols.
Carter appeared in 31 games for the Vols from 2023-25. He totaled 161 tackles, 13.5 tackles for a loss, 1.5 sacks, one interception, 10 pass deflections, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
Bishop appeared in 23 games, including 13 starts, from 2023-25 at Tennessee. He totaled 1,531 rushing yards and 19 rushing touchdowns on 256 attempts, while recording 16 receptions for 145 yards.
From 2023-25, Telander totaled 158 tackles, 12 tackles for a loss, 1.5 sacks, one interception, three pass deflections and three fumble recoveries in 39 games (21 starts).
