T-Mobile appears to be experiencing an outage, though the extent of the blackout is not known.

The outage appears to have started at 10:40 ET, but complaints stand at 400 on Downdetector for now.

Localized outage?

The complaints have been hovering around 400 for a while, suggesting the outage is only impacting a few people.

I haven't been able to spot any complaints on social media, further confirming suspicions that only a few hundred customers are impacted.
