With training camp set to begin in the coming days, the Raiders will get an important piece of business done on Wednesday.
Per Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, cornerback Jermod McCoy plans to sign his rookie contract on Wednesday.
McCoy was a fourth-round pick in this year’s draft. He missed the 2025 season after suffering a torn ACL in January 2025, electing to forego his final year of college eligibility to head to the next level.
After beginning his collegiate career at Oregon State, McCoy transferred to Tennessee in 2024. He was a second-team All-SEC honoree for the Volunteers that year.
Raiders rookies report to training camp on Thursday, with veterans reporting on July 28.
