- Sagging complaints exist, but mostly for PlushBeds’ hybrid models, not Botanical Bliss. ConsumerAffairs reviews describe indentation developing within months on PlushBeds’ hybrid mattresses, which mix latex with materials more prone to breaking in over time. We didn’t find a comparable pattern of sagging complaints specific to the all-latex Botanical Bliss.
- Customer service reviews vary sharply by platform. On Trustpilot, reviewers overwhelmingly report great experiences and consistently praise individual staff members by name. But PlushBeds’ BBB profile tells a different story — a B- rating, no BBB accreditation, and a 1.08 out of 5 average from 13 customer-submitted reviews there. ConsumerAffairs shows a similar pattern: a 1.2 out of 5 average across 103 reviews, with 94% rating their experience 1 star.
