PITTSFIELD — City officials are on the search for photos of past mayors.
The photos will be used for a project on the history of Pittsfield.
Photos are being sought of Robert Oscar Smith, Frank Edward Penstone Sr., C.H. Nelson, Dudley Williams, James Albert Allen, Larry Snyder, David L. Benn, Maynard Nighbert, George Halpin Fredrick, Walter Hugh Hassett, Charles Hooper, Kermit Klinefelter and Thomas Nye Troutner Sr.
Photos can be email to [email protected]. Photos also can be taken to City Hall, 215 N. Monroe St., during business hours; a copy will be made and the original photograph will be returned.
