Person stabbed to death in parking lot, no word on arrest

(KRON) — Fairfield police are investigating a deadly stabbing that occurred in the parking lot of a business located on the 800 block of East Travis Boulevard.

At around 10:50 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21, Fairfield police received multiple calls regarding an altercation in a parking lot.

Upon arrival police determined one victim was stabbed. The victim was located and transported to the hospital where they were pronounced dead.

The identity of the victim has not been released while police notify family. Police have not yet said if an arrest has been made, only that the case is being actively investigated.
