It doesn't sound like Paul Pierce will be recruiting LeBron James to the Celtics.
The Celtics haven't been one of the teams linked to James in free agency, but that didn't stop TMZ from asking Pierce if the 22-time All-Star should move to Boston to help Jayson Tatum win another ring.
Pierce's response? "Nah, we don't want him on the Celtics," he said with a smile on his face.
Instead, Pierce believes James should go to the Cavaliers for a third stint.
"I think his best fit is Cleveland," Pierce added.

It's still unclear when James will make a decision, but the Cavaliers, Warriors, Heat and 76ers are the four teams that have been linked to him the most since his free agency began.
There are, of course, many more teams interested in James. According to ESPN's Dave McMenamin, 27 of the league's 30 teams have been in contact with him and his agent, Rich Paul, since the start of free agency.
We may never know which three teams haven't reached out to James, but ESPN's Brian Windhorst speculated that the Celtics would rank 30th on his list for one simple reason.
"He hates Boston," Windhorst said.
So the Celtics probably had no chance to begin with. It's a good thing, because Pierce certainly didn't help their case.
