The singer's post has fans laughing again after his canceled concert sparked backlash and disappointment among ticket holders.

After a difficult weekend that left many fans frustrated, Noah Kahan seems to have won over some fans with his newest post.

On Wednesday, July 22, the "Stick Season" singer shared a playful post on X, clearing up some of the lyrics that fans have hilariously misheard over the years.

"Some lyric clarifications," Kahan wrote before listing a few of his favorites. Some of the misheard lyrics are quite vulgar, so we’ll let you take a peek at them below.

He wrapped up the post with one final message to fans: "But honestly sing from whatever place your mind takes you to."

The self-deprecating joke quickly resonated with fans, many of whom appreciated Kahan's willingness to poke fun at himself.

“Noah I’m so sorry that you even have to clarify this lmao,” one wrote.

“Thank you for making me laugh til I cry in the middle of a stressful day,” another replied.

Another revealed, “now I’ll only be singing the wrong versions tysm,” while a fourth said, “I love that this is a thing.”

The lighthearted post comes just days after Kahan's canceled July 18 concert at New York's Citi Field disappointed thousands of fans. Just hours before he was scheduled to take the stage, his team announced the show had been called off "due to inclement weather." Rather than announcing a makeup date, organizers confirmed that ticket holders would receive refunds through their original point of purchase instead.

Kahan also addressed the cancellation on his Instagram Story, telling fans, "Exhausted every option to make this happen… love you guys." The following day he briefly spoke about the cancellation to the crowd, saying "I'm so sorry to anybody who came out yesterday and didn't get to see the show," he said. "You deserve better than that."

Judging by the replies on his latest post, it appears he may have been forgiven.
