Fresh off her wedding celebrations, Melanie Chisholm (Mel C) surprised fans in Ibiza by tossing a bridal bouquet into the crowd during her DJ set, as shown in a video on Instagram.
Chisholm took to the decks at the Chinois Ibiza nightclub just days after marrying Australian model Chris Dingwall in the United Kingdom, continuing their wedding celebrations.
In the video, the couple arrived at the club in a convertible, wearing matching white T-shirts. Dingwall paired his tee with black pants as Chisholm wore shorts and a veil over her loose hair while holding the bouquet. The couple then embraced and kissed as they posed for photos featured in the clip.
The couple exchanged vows at The Country House Cumbria in England’s Lake District on July 18, surrounded by friends and family.
British Vogue shared moments from the wedding on Instagram, offering a glimpse into the singer’s preparations before the ceremony. The footage showed Chisholm getting ready in a sleek slip dress designed by her bandmate Victoria Beckham, who was the only Spice Girls member absent from the wedding.
The video also captured Chisholm being escorted to the altar before taking the microphone during the ceremony. She was later seen walking hand in hand with her husband as the celebrations continued.
Chisholm’s fellow Spice Girls attended the festivities in equally eye-catching outfits and posed with her. Mel B wore a shimmering champagne-colored bodycon dress, Geri Halliwell Horner chose a white floral gown, and Emma Bunton wore a pink-and-white checked trouser suit.
Following the ceremony, Chisholm changed into an outfit reflecting her Sporty Spice persona, featuring silk palazzo trousers, a cropped Adidas bomber jacket, and a matching crop top. She completed the look with “bride” socks and Adidas Superstar trainers printed with the wedding date. Chisholm then joined the dance floor and later took her place behind the DJ booth.
British Vogue shared clips accompanied by Chisholm’s reflections on her path to marriage. The post’s caption included, “#MelanieC didn’t grow up fantasizing about her wedding day. Then, along came Chris Dingwall… When her now husband proposed, ‘I knew immediately it was the right thing to do. When you’re my age you’re like… I actually want to experience all the things.’”
Chisholm, who has a 17-year-old daughter, Scarlett, with former partner Thomas Starr, met Dingwall on the dating app Raya. Their first date was in November 2023, and they confirmed their relationship at the 2024 Glastonbury Festival, where they were seen holding hands. Dingwall proposed during a holiday in Mallorca, Spain, in July 2025.
Speaking about her relationship, Chisholm recently told Vogue, “The spark was immediate. I was 49 when I met Chris and I was in a really good place. We had a date in Australia, and it’s been difficult to separate us ever since… He’s been such a beautiful addition to mine and my daughter’s life.”
