Rabbicula are adorable animals you can welcome onto your farm in Moonlight Peaks. But if you're not prepared, these little guys can cost you lots of money. The problem with Rabbicula is that they eat your crops if you're within range of them and don't push them out of the garden fast enough. Outside of running around your farm like a vampire possessed, there are other ways to control the situation. We'll show you how to stop the Rabbicula from being pests!
How To Keep Rabbicula Away From Crops
It's important to protect your cropsbefore you bring Rabbicula to the farm to make sure they don't eat anything. If the Rabbicula get to your plants, you will have to purchase new seeds, replant, and start the harvest timeline all over:
Create Fencing Around the Crops
The Rabbicula cannot make it through small gaps in the fencing like you can. If you use your Workshop to make fencing and keep a small area for you to enter, you can put the fencing around the barn your Rabbicula are in to keep them from exploring the whole farm.
You could use this same method to put fencing around your crops instead, if you'd rather let them roam free-range.
Chase the Rabbicula Away
If you don't want to use fencing, you'll have to be careful about when you tend to your crops. If the Rabbicula are nearby while you're working with your plants, they will eat them. They target crops that are seeds or early-stage growth. and carrots at any stage. When your Rabbicula is nearby, chase it off by walking toward it to protect your plants.
Block Off Rabbicula Area
If you have all of the forms, it will be easier to completely block off the Rabbicula by placing them either in the Southern portion of the farm (down the steps) or the Western part across the bridge (by Viktor's house) and just block off the steps or bridge with fencing.
Once you have your crops protected, the Rabbicula can be very useful for providing Luck Dust, which is used for spells.
