Kelly slammed Hostin for boasting about her legal background and job on "The View" in the bodycam footage from the incident.

Megyn Kelly ripped into Sunny Hostin for name-dropping “The View” while trying to talk cops out of issuing her son Gabriel a trespassing citation.

“No one’s above the law, and everyone other than Sunny Hostin is swimming in privilege that she’s very pissed off about,” Kelly said on Monday’s episode of her SiriusXM show.

The 55-year-old journalist claimed Sunny, 57, showed “dripping sanctimony and hypocrisy” by boasting about her legal background and job on “The View” to Westchester, New York police, per bodycam footage.

“She doesn’t love our country,” Kelly continued. “She feels threatened and unsafe when she sees a neighborhood full of American flags because the country’s been just so devastating to her.”

Kelly also said that despite Sunny’s comments about white privilege on the ABC talk show, Sunny and her Ivy League-educated son are extremely privileged.

“Most people’s kids didn’t go to Harvard,” Kelly stated. “Do you think her child got into Harvard completely on merit, or do you think she might have played the Sunny Hostin ‘View’ card to help him along?’

“But she won’t acknowledge any of that,” Kelly continued. “No, it’s all about white privilege, which she talks about all the time on that show, and Trump is evil, and his voters are white supremacists. That’s her main talking points from ‘The View.'”

Kelly called Sunny “disgusting” for how she handled Gabriel’s trespassing incident and insisted that using her career in that scenario is “not something most of us would do.”

“Hell no. I would just never play that card,” Kelly said. “Never. And this is what she does.”

On June 16, Sunny’s 24-year-old son was detained on the side of the Metro-North Railroad tracks in New Rochelle, NY, for “criminal trespassing.”

Gabriel told cops that he was out for a run and saw the gate near the tracks was open, according to footage and court records obtained by The Post.

When Sunny arrived on the scene, she told officers, “My name is Sunny Hostin and I’m one of the co-hosts of ‘The View’ and I’m a former federal prosecutor.”

Sunny also mentioned Gabriel graduated from Harvard in 2025 and insisted “he’s not a kid who’s ever in trouble.”

Gabriel was slapped with a trespass violation when cops told him they “dimmed down” the consequences for the crime, which they said was “an arrestable offense.”

“You’ve been very cooperative with us and you have a good background, everything like that. We know you’re not a criminal or anything like that but our hands are tied with cameras everywhere,” the officers told Gabriel.

Gabriel is due back in court in New Rochelle on July 31.

Sunny, for her part, defended her son’s actions in a letter to Westchester Assistant District Attorney Amanda Greene obtained by TMZ.

The journalist said Gabriel is facing “imposing unnecessary consequences” and “has demonstrated exceptional character and achievement.”

Sunny shares Gabriel and daughter Paloma, 20, with her husband, orthopedic surgeon Emmanuel Hostin. They’ve been married since August 1998.

Maher slams Dems as 'cowardly' extremists in ABC interview: 'When we're cheering for the intifada, God, I'm out'

Hey, you know when it's time to maybe leave your party? When Bill Maher is radioactive but "globalize the intifada" isn't. Maher seems to have discovered this problem of late. In an interview with ABC News' "This Week" on Sunday, he noted that Democrats were too "cowardly" to come on his HBO show and that if he criticizes Republicans -- especially President Donald Trump -- at least they're willing to take their "beating like a man" on air.
