Lisa Rinna recently opened up about how she has been able to maintain her fabulous figure through the years.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 63, appeared on the Wednesday, July 22, episode of Morgan Stewart‘s Sirius XM podcast and revealed that, thanks to genetics, “I’ve been the same weight since I was literally 20 years old,” noting “I’m very very very lucky.”
“Now, I also love to work out,” the reality TV star said. “I think the thing about me is I’m just consistent. I don’t do anything crazy, I don’t do anything difficult.”
When it comes to diets, the mom of two — who shares daughters Delilah Belle, 28, and Amelia Grey, 25, with husband Harry Hamlin — explained, “I’ve tried everything, but I’m not crazy about anything.”
“I just do everything very consistently. I do what works, what feels right for my body,” Rinna remarked. “I eat what I want when I want, when I feel like I want it. I do not believe in breakfast, lunch, and dinner if I am not hungry.”
As for alcohol, the Traitors alum said she enjoys a glass or two of wine these days.
“As you get older, your body starts to react to alcohol a little differently. So, right now for me, wine is better than hard alcohol,” she shared. “But it’s so fun. I love a cocktail, a glass of wine.”
Overall, the actress said, “I feel really good right now,” but admitted she struggled with regulating her hormones not too long ago.
“I mean the hormones take a minute to rebalance. I just, kind of, went through a phase where they were a little unbalanced,” she shared, noting she experienced “hot flashes and sweating at night and irritability and not being able to sleep.”
“I was like, ‘We’re not going to do this,’ so I just went up on my estrogen,” she added. “Now, I feel like I’m back.'”
