The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Lisa Rinna has put in decades of work to maintain her physique.

"I've been the same weight since I was literally 20 years old. I'm very, very, very lucky," Rinna, 63, said on the Wednesday, July 22, episode of Morgan Stewart's eponymous SiriusXM podcast. "Now, I also love to work out. I think the thing about me is I'm just consistent. I don't do anything crazy, [and] I don't do anything difficult though."

Rinna further acknowledged that she's experimented with various diets over the years.

"I've tried everything, but I'm not crazy about anything," she stated. "I just do everything very consistently. I do what works, what feels right for my body."

She continued, "I eat what I want when I want, when I feel like I want it. I do not believe in breakfast, lunch and dinner if I am not hungry."

In addition to watching what she eats, Rinna has learned to monitor her alcohol intake.

"I do drink alcohol, and the thing about me is I'm not an addictive person," she said. "I could literally have some [cigarettes], be fine. I can have a drink, like, I'm not addictive. So, it's very easy for me to have cocktails and such ‘cause I don't have that [alcoholism] gene, luckily."

Even so, Rinna admitted that she has to be "very careful" whenever she drinks alcohol and now primarily sticks to one glass of wine.

"As you get older, your body starts to react to alcohol a little differently," Rinna stated. "So, right now for me, wine is better than hard alcohol. It's so fun. I love a cocktail [or] a glass of wine."

Rinna also enjoys a vodka soda or tequila, depending on "what [her] hormones are doing."

"I feel really good right now.  I mean the hormones take a minute to rebalance. I just, kind of, went through a phase where they were a little unbalanced," the former Bravolebrity acknowledged of her menopausal symptoms. "[I have] hot flashes and sweating at night and irritability and not being able to sleep. I was like, ‘We're not going to do this,' so I just went up on my estrogen. Now, I feel like I'm back."

Rinna has long been candid about embracing her age.

"There are so many things we can do that make you feel better, so I think it's a really exciting time for women," she exclusively told Us in February, referring to her past with lasers and Botox, and still feeling fabulous in her 60s. "At this point, I'm like, ‘You know what? Number doesn't matter.' Look at Demi Moore at 63, Cher at 79, Pam[ela] Anderson at 58. I can go on and on."
