Only 25, and only for Japan

This is the Lamborghini Impavido, a limited-edition Revuelto developed specifically for Japan.

Based entirely on the Revuelto, they’re only going to build 25 of them.

The name is Italian but the style draw inspiration from something else.

This ‘fearless’ Revuelto is inspired by Bushido

Lambo is celebrating its 25th anniversary in Japan with a limited-edition supercar based on the Revuelto.

They call it the Lamborghini Impavido – Italian for for ‘fearless’ – and it’s a limited run of just 25 individually numbered units, strictly reserved for the Japanese market, similar to what they did for North America.

Designed by Lambo’s Ad Personam customization program, the car draws inspiration from the ancient philosophy of Bushido.

Bushido (or Bushidō) is a samurai moral code concerning attitudes, behavior, and lifestyle.

The exterior livery mimics key elements of ancient warrior gear.

It also features lines sweeping across the doors and rear bumper inspired by the motion of a katana strike, while gold accents throughout the body as a reference to the silk cords used to bind samurai armor plates.

Interestingly, despite the ad hoc livery, the Impavido is available with four different color options: Verde Campus, Grigio Artis Lucido, Grigio Crater Matt, and Rosso Pyra.

Having said that, all 25 cars – regardless of which color option you’re going to go for – ride on 21- (front) and 22-inch (rear) Altanero forged wheels finished in Shiny Black, paired with Bronzo brake calipers and matte black exhaust tips.

Inside, the cabin features Nero Ade leather and Corsa Tex with contrast Bronzo Oreadi stitching, custom samurai logo embroidery, and a serialized ‘1 di 25’ carbon-fiber badge.

What’s under the hood?

Under the hood, the Lamborghini Impavido uses the same powertrain as the Revuelto.

It’s a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 that works alongside three electric motors to generate a massive 1,001 horsepower.

Power goes to all four wheels through an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, sprinting from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.5 seconds before topping out at 212 mph.

The Italian automaker hasn’t revealed the price for the Impavido, but since the standard Revuelto starts at around $600,000, we can expect this one to cost a lot more than that.
