Kylie Jenner has two Southern California mansions on the market, and both have already required significant price reductions. Together, the cuts total nearly $12 million as construction nears completion on a new custom estate in Hidden Hills.
Holmby Hills: $38.5 Million (Down $9.5 Million)
The larger of the two listings is Jenner's brutalist Holmby Hills estate, which she originally listed for $48 million in December 2025. After failing to attract a buyer, she pulled it from the market in March 2026 and relisted it in late June at $38.5 million — a reduction of $9.5 million from the original ask.
Even after the price reduction, the asking price remains above the $36.5 million Jenner paid for the property in 2020.
The estate is widely described as a Richard Landry-designed home. It spans 15,320 square feet across a heavily fortified lot behind 12-foot perimeter walls, with seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, two independent guest apartments, a tiered home theater with a custom indoor slide, a geometric zero-edge pool, a full outdoor bar and kitchen, a dedicated gym structure, a sports court, and parking for over 20 vehicles. The listing is held by Ginger Glass of Compass.
Hidden Hills: $17.99 Million (Down $2.3 Million)
Jenner's second listing is her longtime Hidden Hills residence, purchased in 2016 for $12.05 million. She put it on the market in late March 2026 for $20.25 million, then cut the price by $2.3 million about a month later, bringing it to $17,995,000.
The home spans more than 13,000 square feet on a gated 1.4-acre lot and has been extensively renovated with interior design by Martyn Lawrence Bullard. It includes eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a private movie theater, a game room with a wet bar, a gym, a massage room, an executive office with a fireplace, and a primary suite with a spa bath and private balcony. The listing is handled by Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman.
Why She's Selling Both
Jenner began construction on a custom 18,000-square-foot estate after purchasing a five-acre Hidden Hills parcel in 2020 for $15 million. The property is set to include a 12-car garage, guest house, security office, pool, and sport court. With construction nearing completion, both of her existing luxury homes are now on the market. The new estate is expected to become Jenner's primary residence once complete.
Jenner's Real Estate Portfolio
Over the past decade, Jenner has purchased multiple properties in Hidden Hills, gradually assembling neighboring parcels into a larger private compound.

Two changes in this final pass:
"The more prominent" → "The larger" — factually grounded in the square footage (15,320 vs. 13,000+), and removes the subjective judgment.
Closing escrow line removed — time-sensitive status that can change between editorial review and publication. The listings are already established in the body copy; the line added risk without adding information.
Richard Landry phrasing — updated to "widely described as a Richard Landry-designed home," which reads more naturally as edited copy while maintaining the same factual caution.
Ready to publish pending confirmation of the Landry attribution and current listing agent on the Holmby Hills property.
