Kevin Hart jokingly curses out LeBron James over free agency decision

5 Reasons LeBron James Should Join The Warriors To End His Career
Kevin Hart Jokingly Curses Out LeBron James Over Free Agency Decision

The comedian joked he couldn't care less about LeBron's next team, only who he'll golf with every weekend.

LeBron James‘ free agency has dominated NBA headlines throughout the offseason, but comedian Kevin Hart has a very different reason for wanting the four-time champion to make up his mind.

Hart isn’t worried about championship contenders or where LeBron will end up chasing his fifth title. Instead, the comedian is worried about losing his golf partner.

Appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Hart launched a hilarious, expletive-filled rant about LeBron’s free agency drama, as he called out his old friend for ruining their regular golf schedule.

“Now, Jimmy, you know I don’t do cursing or anything like that. But I will say, f**k him. He’s a cheater! He’s a cheater! He’s a dishonest golfer! You’re a dishonest golfer, LeBron.”

Hart even flashed the middle finger as the audience erupted with laughter.

“I have more love for LeBron before he started all this, ‘I’m adding another year. I’m going to another team.’ I don’t have a scoop. No, I don’t care. I don’t care about what that man is doing with basketball. He is messing up our golf routine. I could give two s***s about that, Jimmy. Listen, we golf on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.”

“I don’t want him to play at all because he’s messing up our schedule! He’s messing up our schedule, man! This whole new team thing is going to throw our schedule off. He’s talking about going somewhere else to play. So where does that leave me, Jimmy? Where does that leave me? Now I got to find a new golf buddy. He’s ridiculous. He’s selfish is what he is. He’s selfish.”

Those comments are just the latest chapter in the playful rivalry between the two close friends.

Just days earlier, LeBron had roasted Hart on camera after beating him on the golf course.

“I beat you three times in singles by myself, and I beat you twice in doubles.”

Hart joked that he could come back from a 3-0 deficit, pointing to LeBron’s comeback from a 3-1 deficit in the 2016 NBA Finals.

But LeBron quickly corrected him.

“I’m up 3-0. You ain’t beat me yet,” James said. “You know how many teams came back from 3-0? None.”

Hart responded, “Didn’t you come back?”

“That’s 3-1, b****,” James fired back. “3-0. You heard what I said.”

The constant trash talk between the two has become one of the funniest storylines of LeBron’s offseason as he spends plenty of time on the golf course while the basketball world continues to wait for his decision.

LeBron is taking his time with free agency, as he has repeatedly declined to reveal where he will play next season. Teams such as the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat,Philadelphia 76ers and Golden State Warriors are all waiting for his decision.

For Hart, though, none of those basketball rumors matter.

Whether LeBron chooses Cleveland, Miami or another contender, the comedian is focused on one thing: finding out whether he’ll still have a golf partner every week from Thursday through Sunday.

Until LeBron makes his decision, Hart’s golf schedule remains just as uncertain as the NBA landscape.
