Hurst cancels request for residents to conserve water; water main break fixed

The City of Hurst had asked residents north of 183 to conserve water this morning while workers repaired a water main.

The City of Hurst announced as of 10:38 a.m. that a water break is fixed and residents no longer need to conserve water.

The City of Hurst asked residents to conserve water Wednesday morning while workers repaired a water main.

City officials said the repair was located at Mid-Cities and Hurstview and was taking longer than expected. They asked residents north of 183 to help conserve water this morning, so their tanks could remain full.
