Donald Trump has sparked fresh concerns for his health after appearing covered in sweat as he tightly gripped the podium during a speech in Georgia.
The 80-year-old president spoke at the campaign-style rally event in Marietta, Georgia, on Wednesday, where he ramped up his attacks on communism, stumbled over his words, and made a bizarre tribute to one of the soldiers recently killed in his Iran war.
"I am here to announce my candicy," Trump declared to the crowd at the start of his speech, appearing to mispronounce the world "candidacy" as he hinted yet again at an unconstitutional third term. "I'm only kidding, I'm only kidding," he adds after pausing for several seconds. It comes after Trump's assistant was told to 'change his diaper' in an awkward moment caught on camera.

"We had transgender for everybody, men and women sports came ravaging through our cities and the whole world was laughing at us. We were a joke all over the world, but not anymore they're not laughing," the president said at another point in what appeared to be a largely nonsensical attack on transgender athletes.
"We don't need anything, we don't need the Hormuz street," Trump also said at one point, appearing to fumble over "Hormuz Strait." During the speech, the president also issued a bizarre tribute to fallen Army 1st Lt. Tyler James Feehan.
The 25-year-old was among four US service members killed by Iranian ballistic missile and drone attacks in Jordan. Prior to his speech in Georgia, Trump had traveled to Dover Air Force Base in Delaware for the dignified transfer ceremony of the fallen soldiers.
Trump repeatedly commenting on Feehan's looks in a strange tribute. "When I go to Dover I read charts on all of the young people, and some are unbelievable, some are a little bit, you know they've got a little bit of a, little couple of bad things put in," he said.
He continued: "This is a son who is like a flawless, perfect person. Beautiful, beautiful son. Handsome in every way. Brilliant, respected by everybody, his sheet read so beautifully."
He later said "affordability" was a word made up by the Democrats and that he'd never heard it before becoming president and also claimed that "the communists" want to "blow up" Mount Rushmore.
Throughout the speech, Trump's orange-toned skin could be seen glistening with sweat as he tightly gripped the lectern in front of him for most of the address.
The speech was swiftly ridiculed by critics online. "A very moist Trump just struggled his way through a rally in Georgia that he kicked off by teasing an illegal third term and wound down by railing against the 'communists' who he says are trying to 'blow up Mount Rushmore.' His speech also included references to 'Pinky Herman,' the 'Hormuz Street,' and 'Marxistproxyo,'" Aaron Rupar wrote on X as he shared a video of the speech.
"The idea of a moist Trump literally makes me nauseous. He is so fricken gross. Barf," one X user responded.
"He couldn't even pronounce the word candidacy without mangling it," a second noted. "Why is he so f------shiny," a second," a third asked.
"They had to grease his head to get him through the door if you're wondering why he's shiny," someone responded.
Others claimed the president didn't look well. "He looks like hammered s---. Probably smells like it too. His orbital edema is so bad you can barely tell he has eyes. Tick tock," one commented.
"So bloated from CVD that he can barely keep his eyes open. Holy s--- lol," a second wrote. "He really looks unwell," a third said.
"This appearance seems to show the most signs of dementia yet," a fourth claimed. "He’s extremely animated and glued solid to that podium. There’s almost never a moment where he doesn’t have hold of it," another noted.
"When @SpeakerJohnson… when do you remove him? If not now - what is the line .. what is the limit ?? He went over it years ago. Grow a spine Mike," someone else asked. Meanwhile, a lip reader exposed FIFA boss Gianni Infantino's desperate plea to Trump that he ignored in a humiliating moment.
