LeGrand Coffee House will open its second New Jersey location in Middletown Township on Saturday, July 25, with an event running from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The new shop is located at 1500 N.J. 35, Unit 17, Middletown Township, N.J. Regular hours will begin Sunday, July 26, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

LeGrand, a former Rutgers football player, launched the coffee house years after sustaining a spinal cord injury during a 2010 Rutgers football game and transitioned into a multifaceted career as a philanthropist, author and entrepreneur.

The expansion, first announced in February, is made possible through partnerships with longtime customers of the initial shop and the dedicated efforts of the staff at the flagship site in Woodbridge.

Operating under the tagline “Unity to the Community with A Daily Cup of bELieve,” the coffee house serves single-origin roasts and specialty drinks in a space built for conversation and relaxation.

This new Monmouth County facility follows the success of the brand’s first location that opened in 2022 at the Avenue & Green Development in LeGrand’s hometown of Woodbridge.

The business previously gained significant national exposure during the 2022-23 season when it was selected for the Devils Buy Black Partnership, which featured the LeGrand Coffee House logo on New Jersey Devils’ helmets during road games.
