The press has often asked players and coaches during SEC Media Days about freshmen who have made an impact this spring and summer. While most interviewees have elected to prop up their entire freshman class, Florida linebacker Myles Graham did single out a player who he thought has stood out in his mind.
"Absolutely. On defense, I would say incoming freshman would probably be KJ Ford. He's just a natural kind of pass rusher. He's just a natural football player. He's just very limber, loose. He's very mobile. He's fast," Graham said. "I think he's going to be a great player for us this year and the next years to come."
Ford committed to the Gators over the likes of Alabama, Ohio State, Texas A&M and USC, so he enters Florida with a lot of hype and expectations.
As for Graham, he is entering his junior season in Gainesville and will look to be a leader for Brad White and the Florida defense.
