The club are waiting to discover his plans.

Ferran Torres’s future at Barcelona is looking increasingly uncertain amid growing interest in the forward following his World Cup heroics and the club’s reluctance to offer an extension just yet.

The Shark scored the winner in the World Cup final and has admirers in PSG, Real Madrid and Liverpool this summer, if the rumor mill is to be believed.

PSG certainly appear a realistic destination, with the club having presented a very attractive offer that has made Ferran have doubts over staying at Barcelona, according to Sport.

The report adds that Torres has also been hurt by the fact that Barca have never seriously considered him as first choice for the No. 9 spot following Robert Lewandowski’s departure.

Barcelona do want Ferran to stay but aren’t thinking about changes to his salary or his role in the squad and are now waiting to hear the World Cup winner’s thoughts on his future.

Sport say that the fact that Torres is yet to tell Barcelona what he’s thinking is seen as a “bad omen” within the Catalan club.

A decision is now awaited from Torres on where he plays his football next season. Barca are waiting anxiously for an answer and know that a replacement will need to be found if he does move on.
