Dollywood hosting several hiring events ahead of busy fall, holiday seasons

PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. (WVLT) - As the summer begins to wind down in East Tennessee, Dollywood is looking ahead to a busy fall and holiday season.

As a result, several hiring events have been scheduled in July and August to prepare for the remainder of the 2026 season.

All available positions are posted on the park’s website, just in time for hiring events at the Sevierville Civic Center, which will be held on the following dates from 2 to 6:30 p.m.:

  • July 30
  • Aug. 6
  • Aug. 13
  • Aug. 20
  • Aug. 27

Additionally, there will be a hiring event at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa on Saturday, Aug. 8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Applicants are encouraged to attend the earliest hiring event possible for the largest selection of available opportunities.

Park officials said positions are available for the remainder of the 2026 operating season as well as for shorter peak season openings, which are perfect for applicants looking to earn a little extra money during the Christmas holidays.

Positions are available in many areas including Dollywood’s culinary and merchandise teams, park operations positions including ride operators, ticketing, transportation, house and grounds and more.

Dollywood’s lodging properties also have a number of openings available including food and beverage, front desk, bell/valet and housekeeping positions.

Perks for working at Dollywood include 100% free tuition, competitive wages and free lunch, officials said.
