Christina Aguilera brought her signature style to her concert at Yaamava Theater in Highland, Calif., on Tuesday with a pair of dramatic thigh-high boots from Amina Muaddi completing her look.
Aguilera opted for an edgy black leather boot style from the Paris-based designer to complement her metallic bodysuit; she appeared to have reached for the Olivia over-the-knee silhouette, a design the musician has reached for in the past. The thigh-high shaft featured slouching throughout, adding extra texture to her look which aligned with her leather gloves. The boot silhouette also featured a pointed toe in front and the brand's signature martini heel in back, a design that flares dramatically at the bottom.
Aguilera's boots added an edge to an already eye-catching look featuring a silver embellished bodysuit with a corset-like structure and feather detailing at the bust. Her look was completed with pin-straight platinum blond hair falling to her thighs, and a pair of darkly tinted sunglasses.
Aguilera appreciates an edgy footwear moment and has relied on the Olivia silhouette from Amina Muaddi before to add fierceness to her fashion. She had the boots on when she performed at a FIFA World Cup x Michelob Ultra party earlier this month, pairing the shoes with a different striking bodysuit featuring a bedazzled crinoline element. Another one of her recent daring shoe looks was Saint Laurent's Bruce sandal, a heeled style with buckled straps, which she wore at the 35th anniversary party for The Abbey.
