Carole Radziwill “can’t believe” she’s back on The Real Housewives of New York City eight years after her exit.

On Tuesday, July 21, Bravo unveiled the trailer for RHONY season 16, its first since season 10 to feature Radziwill, this time as a “friend of” the cast.

In the preview, Radizwill, 62, jokes she “can’t wait for summer, even though I only have five good summers left.”

Radziwill, who debuted in the show’s fifth season in 2012 before her 2018 departure, was announced by Bravo as a returnee in March. The castmates joining her for season 18 are Jessel Taank, Erin Lichy, Sai de Silva, Daisy Toye, Hailey Glassman and Erika Hammond.

In the trailer, Toye, 45, gets an introduction and a home tour from Martha Stewart, the ladies have some fun in the sun while riding jet skiis and boats, and tensions rise when one of the stars isn’t a fan of a special lunch provided by another.

At one point in the trailer, Radziwill gets called out as “the one from the Epstein files” during an outing in the city.

“You never went to this island?” de Silva asks Radziwill.

“No,” she responds. “You think I’m part of an international sex-trafficking ring?”

In a March 2026 interview with The New York Times, Radziwill addressed her former friendship with Ghislaine Maxwell, the convicted sex offender and Epstein associate.

“Imagine knowing someone and even being friendly with them and then they turn out to be, like, a monster,” she told the outlet. “I was friends with her in the early 2000s, I don’t know, like, for five or six years.” She also said, “I never knew Jeffrey Epstein.”

As for the remainder of the trailer, the ladies find themselves at odds a few times over, with newcomer Glassman calling one of her costars “a lying-ass snake of a bitch” during a table-side altercation that ends in a serving of matzo ball soup.

“And I’m a mongoose,” she said. “So watch your f------ back and I’m not the one of f--- with.”

A logline for the new season teases: “The city that never sleeps lights up when this ambitious group of Housewives takes on another unforgettable season. From the concrete jungle to the sandy beaches of a private island, they work hard and play even harder as some friendships grow stronger, new ones form, and others take unexpected turns. When pieces of the past resurface and new tensions emerge, the women find themselves navigating shifting loyalties and fractured friendships.”

The Real Housewives of New York City season 16 premieres Tuesday, Sept. 8, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. Episodes will stream the next day on Peacock.
