Fans were left scratching their heads by the car Bill Belichick drives in North Carolina.
Belichick, the famed NFL head coach, has yet to replicate his success at the collegiate level, as he coached UNC to a 4-8 record in his first year at the helm. What has made his first season even more jarring were the headlines surrounding the 74-year-old and his relationship with Jordon Hudson, his 25-year-old partner.
Considering his success at the top level of football and that he is one of the highest-paid collegiate coaches, fans were left in disbelief upon discovering what kind of car Belichick drove. The revelation comes after Belichick looked unrecognizable in a new role with controversial girlfriend Hudson.

Tar Heels center Christo Kelly told ESPN's Pete Thamel that, unlike most stars in sports, Belichick drives a more reserved vehicle.
The star shared with the outlet that the head coach drove a red Volvo, though Kelly did not specify just exactly what kind of Volvo the head coach drove. "A RED VOLVO STATION WAGON. I love this man. No ego, no luxury, just pure football and a reliable car. Legend," a fan wrote on X.
Another added, "No 70 year old man who is dating a girl just out of college is doodling around in an old Volvo station wagon - Those two things are completely incompatible with each other."
Regardless of what vehicle he drives to North Carolina's campus, it is clear that Belichick has overstayed his welcome at UNC, if pundit Paul Finebaum is to be believed. Heading into just his second season with the Tar Heels, Belichick has been under much scrutiny for how much the program floundered under his command.
Now, Finebaum believes the legendary head coach should leave the game before the game leaves him, as was often the case in Belichick's first season, when the Tar Heels went 4-8, including a 2-6 record in the ACC. It was UNC's first year without bowl eligibility after numerous blowouts.
"Ending like he is going to end is really embarrassing and sad and in many ways pathetic," Finebaum recently stated on ESPN's Get Up.
"This didn't have to happen. He only took this job because he was bitter that he couldn't get an NFL job. He chose the wrong place, he has tried to use the magic of yesteryear, and it simply hasn't worked.

"I'll break it to everyone who's curious how many games they're going to win this year; they are over-and-under in Vegas as four-and-a-half. Five wins would be considered a success, but that would mean another embarrassment.
"He won't get fired, but he should seriously consider retirement."
Bruce Feldman also took a gander at UNC's schedule this season and believed that the Tar Heels' challenging slate of games has them in contention for an even season compared to last year.
"Look at their schedule, they open to TCU again, [...] they play East Tennessee week 2, I give them that win, but after that..." Feldman said on The Audible podcast. "At Clemson, then Notre Dame, at Pitt, at Duke, they have Miami, Louisville, NC State. I give them Tennessee State, but where are they getting the other four wins? I think it's a stretch they get to four wins, let alone five."
It comes after Belichick slammed CBS over 'very deceptive' behavior in the Jordon Hudson interview.
