All lanes reopen after flames engulf semi-truck hauling potatoes on SB I-95

All lanes on I-95 in Hobe Sound have reopened after an 18-wheeler semi-truck that was hauling potatoes caught fire on Tuesday morning.

According to Marin County Fire Rescue, the fire started a little after 6 a.m. near the 90-mile marker on I-95 in Hobe Sound. All occupants of the semi-truck were able to make it out safely, and no one was hurt or needed to be taken to the hospital.

MCFR is asking drivers to plan for delays, as travel is still slow. The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the scene.
