ASHLAND — The A-C Central school board is scheduled to meet at 6:30 p.m. today at 601 W. Buchanan St.

Among the items on the agenda are:

• Approval of memorandum of understanding with Association of Central Community Education Support Associates regarding additional insurance

  compensation.

• Approval of memorandum of understanding with Association of Central Community Education Support Associates regarding the middle school and high school moving from an eight-period day to a seven-period day.
• Approval of disciplinary action of a five-day unpaid suspension for a custodian.
• Update on facility projects.
• Update on feasibility study and sports co-op.
• Approval of $1,000 check from Chandlerville Masonic Lodge for Magic Math donation.
• Approval of strategic planning proposal from RG Consulting (Ralph Grimm).
• Approval of substitute pay rate increase from $115 to $150.
• Approval of faculty, staff, student and parent handbooks.
• Approval of athletic/extracurricular handbook.
• Approval of changes involving an eight-period day.
• Approval of quote from E.L. Pruitt Co. to replace Chandlerville kitchen sink for $19,700.

The board also is scheduled to meet in closed session to discuss personnel and collective bargaining matters, after which action may be taken.
