Orserk can be found in the World Tree region. Once you've activated the Fast Travel point at Dusty Ravine, reaching Orserk becomes much easier. After teleporting in, you'll often find many Orserks roaming nearby.

The local wildlife affects spawn cycle, so defeating the Electric slug enemies known as Snokelux can help refresh nearby Pal spawns.
