4 of the best hotel restaurants in the United States are in North Texas, list says

Don't miss the dining scene at these 4 restaurants in 3 Dallas-Fort Worth cities, according to OpenTable.

According to a list of the top 100 hotel restaurants in America created by OpenTable, four of them are in Dallas-Fort Worth. That's an impressive number, as Dallas' finest restaurants are often not inside hotels.

"Restaurants aren't just an itinerary line item anymore, they're the anchor," said Matt Davis, head of North America hotels at OpenTable, in a statement.

An OpenTable survey of 1,500 U.S. residents in mid-2026 shows 60% of respondents booked a hotel because of the restaurant inside. But among the four Dallas hotel restaurants named, many of them are interesting stop-ins for locals, too.

North Texas eateries named on a list of the top 100 hotel restaurants in the United States are:

The list of 100 restaurants was generated from over 10 million verified OpenTable reviews, according to company methodology.

Notably missing from the list is Fearing's, the Michelin Recommended restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton in Dallas that made last year's OpenTable list. Monarch and Crown Block, two other Michelin Recommended restaurants located in downtown Dallas and attached to hotels, could have been other additions. (And the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek might like a word.)

Three of the four hotels in North Texas named on OpenTable's list also received a Michelin Key in 2025, a mark of excellence from the French restaurant guide company.

The OpenTable survey shares something we might already know: that half of Americans (48%) spend more time picking restaurants and bars than any other part of the trip.

The top 100 includes some of the most famous hotel restaurants in America, like SingleThread Restaurant & Inn in the California wine country, a three-star Michelin spot; Wolfgang Puck's Spago at the Four Seasons, and Nobu at the Grand Wailea Maui, both in Hawaii; the Palm Court at the Plaza Hotel in New York City; and Jean-Georges at the Four Seasons in Philadelphia.

OpenTable's list also named Knife and Spoon at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando, the restaurant that Dallas chef John Tesar opened in 2020.

And it includes Théa Mediterranean Rooftop, a Phoenix restaurant that's expanding to Dallas in 2027.
