A 18-year-old Pewaukee man died from drowning with blunt and sharp force injuries sustained from a propeller, according to records from the Waukesha County Medical Examiner.
Aiden Radosevich was pronounced dead June 20 after authorities recovered his body at the bottom of Okauchee Lake in approximately 90 feet of water. His manner of death is listed as an accident after falling from a wake surf boat.
The death certification summary estimates the injury occurred at 10:30 p.m. on June 19. At 10:41 p.m., the Village of Lac La Belle Police Department and Western Lakes Fire District were dispatched to Okauchee Lake for a boater who had gone overboard and was missing.

The rescue was paused at 1 a.m. on June 20 and resumed as a search and recovery at 6:30 a.m. Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources wardens recovered Radosevich's body at approximately 11:30 a.m., the Village of Lac La Belle Police Department said in a news release.
Radosevich's father, Shane, told the Journal Sentinel on June 22 that Aiden was "someone that everyone would enjoy." The 2026 Pewaukee High School graduate had plans to go to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee to pursue a finance degree.
