5. Joao Fonseca: 2 million
Relatively new to the scene is Brazilian star Joao Fonseca who took the tennis world by storm since turning pro in 2024. The 19-year-old is currently ranked 28th and possesses two ATP titles. His fans travel around the world to watch him play. Fonseca’s matches have a soccer atmosphere with Brazilian flags and colors on display and lots of screaming and cheering. Given the frenzy surrounding Fonseca, his appearance on the list is a no-brainer.
4. Alexander Zverev: 2.6 million
German Alexander Zverev is fourth on the list with 2.6 million followers. Those followers were elated to watch him finally win his maiden Grand Slam at the 2026 French Open.
3. Jannnik Sinner: 5.7 million
Italian tennis fans have many players to cheer for, but ATP World No. 1 is tops on the list. Sinner fans are not exclusive to Italy as he has become beloved everywhere.

2. Carlos Alcaraz: 8.8 million
Speaking of beloved, Carlos Alcaraz is among the most loved players on the ATP Tour. Right now, he is sorely missed, but his 8.8 million Instagram followers are watching his every move and eagerly awaiting his return which will hopefully happen in Cincinnati.
1. Novak Djokovic: 16.7 million
The greatest male tennis player of all time, Novak Djokovic, assumes the top position with nearly twice as many followers as Alcaraz. Djokovic has opened up and shown fans more in recent years as his kids have gotten older.
