Now that the Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 is official early adopters are going to want to know all the important pre-order details, and it just so happens that pre-orders are officially live now. Samsung announced pre-orders for the Galaxy Watch 9 begin on July 22 following its announcement of all the new devices at Galaxy Unpacked.
Unlike the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, the Galaxy Watch 9 will be coming in different sizes and in both Bluetooth and LTE models, which will all impact the price. The starting price will be $379.99 for the Bluetooth 40mm model, and will go up to $429.99 for LTE 40mm model. If you want to bump up to the 44mm model, it’ll start at $409.99 for Bluetooth, and increase to $459.99 for LTE.
You’ll be able to pre-order the Galaxy Watch 9 directly from Samsung, but it will also be available through retail partners and carriers. As for where to pre-order, Samsung usually has the best deals available when you buy its new tech.
Buyers of the Galaxy Watch 9 can kickstart their fitness journey with Strava and iFIT trials
Just like with the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, the Galaxy Watch 9 will come with a free 60-day trial to both Strava and to iFIT. This means you can try out both for two full months and decide if you want to pay for it on a monthly basis after the trial ends.
These free trials will not be available everywhere. For example, the Strava trial is worldwide but excludes countries like Belarus, China, North Korea, Russia, and Syria to name a few places. Meanwhile, the iFIT trial is not available worldwide and will be available in 23 markets, including in the US, UK, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Brazil, France, and a handful of other countries.
The Galaxy Watch 9 will be available from Samsung as well as retail partners like Amazon and Best Buy, and you will be able to grab the LTE model from carriers like AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. The watch comes in Cream or Graphite in 40mm, and Graphite or Silver in 44mm.
