The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra was announced today, alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Galaxy Z Flip 8. Samsung also announced two smartwatches, the Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2.
The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is the crown jewel of the company’s foldable lineup, of course. The phone is a direct successor to the Galaxy Z Fold 7, as Samsung decided to change up the naming. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 is the new wide foldable.
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy fuels the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra. The phone ships with Android 17 and One UI 9, while a large 8-inch foldable display is included. The cover display measures 6.5 inches.
