Lindsey Graham's sister officially sworn into office
Republican Jewish Coalition backs Darline Graham

Gov. Henry McMaster, R-S.C., appointed Graham to replace her brother, the late Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., who died unexpectedly earlier this month.

The Republican Jewish Coalition on Wednesday confirmed it would support Sen. Darline Graham, R-S.C., in her bid for a full term.

Gov. Henry McMaster, R-S.C., appointed Graham to replace her brother, the late Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., who died unexpectedly earlier this month. She is seeking the party nomination to run for a full term and has the support of President Donald Trump.

The Republican Jewish Coalition confirmed to Politico that it would support her bid, highlighting the late Graham's support for the Jewish people and saying "[w]e trust his beloved sister to carry the fight forward."

Graham's path to the nomination is far from clear and she faces incumbent Reps. Ralph Norman and Russell Fry, as well as Mark Lynch, who challenged her brother in the primary.
