Power has been restored to the vast majority of customers after a truck struck a power pole near 31st Street and Mingo Road in Tulsa on Wednesday afternoon, according to Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO).
A PSO spokesperson said the crash brought down power lines, causing outages in the area. The utility said, to its knowledge, no injuries were reported.
At the height of the outage around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, nearly 600 customers were without electricity. PSO said power has since been restored to the vast majority of affected customers.
