Cozy oversize fleeces have been a wardrobe staple for decades. And if the brand Esprit popping back onto the scene is any indication, they aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.
Most recently, the brand’s logo fleece crewnecks were spotted at Costco. And they immediately sparked a frenzy of nostalgia, with fans rushing to the store to snap up a top for themselves.
TikTok creator @only.costco.clothes posted a short video to the platform on Sunday revealing that Costco is selling not one, but three versions of the sweaters from Esprit. Available in cream, blue, and green, the crewnecks feature the Esprit logo in bold lettering across the chest and are selling for $16.99 in-store, according to the video.
Dozens of shoppers were quick to express their excitement. “Oh my God!!! My mom could not afford those when I was a kid now that I have my own adult money I may be running to Costco!” one person commented. “What?! I’m calling in sick,” another shared. “Please!! My 14 year old self wants this so badly!!” a third person chimed in.
The tops are already sold out online, where they were available in blue and cream for $18.99. It’s unclear whether or not they will be back in stock, so you’ll want to check your nearest Costco location to get your hands on one.
Should a Costco trip not be in your immediate future, or they’re already sold out near you (this is definitely a run, don’t walk situation) we found some similar styles on Amazon that are just as cute and cozy.
